Operating Model

Built for Physical Trade

A principal-and-agent model: Singapore-based commercial execution, backed by established origin-side procurement.

Overview

A Principal-and-Agent Structure.

Our Singapore entity contracts as principal on every purchase and sale — holding title, price risk and trade-finance relationships. An affiliated UAE free-zone entity handles procurement, supplier liaison and origin-side supervision, under a formal agency agreement with defined scope and remuneration.
